REMINDERS

Attn Scrip Users:   Circuit City is no longer available.  Christmas shopping time is approaching and so are the deals through Scrip.  Sears and Kmart are offering 10% profit from 11/15-12/19.  Macy's is offering 12% profit from 11/15-12/12 and Staples is offering 10% profit from 11/15-12/5.  We will try to inform you of other deals as they become available.  Remember there will be no Scrip the Monday prior to Thanksgiving.

Our school has been selected to participate in the "Will Your School Rule" contest with Oakland Mall.  We will be awarded between $600-$5000 this Spring, but we need your help!!  Each time you or your friends and family make a purchase at ANY store in Oakland Mall, simply present your receipts at the kiosk located on the lower level outside JC Penney.  Your receipt will be validated and returned to you immediately.  There are fifteen schools participating, and prizes are awarded based on total number of points accumulated.  We have already accumulated over 1000 points!!  So please shop 'til' you drop and help our great school rule!!  If you have any questions, please contact Cathy Rowe @248-433-0169.

Our 2nd and 5th graders are in The Art of Childhood 2008 on-line exhibit.  Go to www.crayola.com/theartofchildhood/gallery to see their artwork!!  The theme is Green, so 2nd grade made recycled cards for Mother Earth and 5th grade illustrated tropical rainforest birds @ night.  Please help save our rainforest!!
